“Oasis” provides the following funded services: Community participation, Active ageing, centre based with Community Activities. Programs including learning life skills, and increasing independence, Arts and Craft, and music. Funded by Ageing, Disability and Home Care.
SLES (School Leaver Employment Support) Program

School Leaver Employment Support, or SLES, is a new NDIS support that may help you.
SLES is about giving you the skills and confidence to help you move from school to employment.
SLES offers you individualised support for up to 2 years after finishing year 12 to help you get ready for work and plan your pathway to employmentol leavers with a learning disability, an intellectual disability or an acquired brain injury that are assessed as being able to gain employment with the right support. The program assists with learning skills, planning, work sampling, job trials and so much more.
Maurie Britten House is purpose built to allow residents to age in their community without being placed in a nursing home setting prematurely. The house provides for seven permanent residents and three villas.
Assists and supports people with a disability and/or Acquired Brain Injury with: lifestyle planning, access to resources, daily living skills, health needs, Maintaining family relationships, Connecting to community, accessing other services that can meet individual needs.
